I have very distant recollections of a series that ran for a single series in the late 80s on BBC1 and featured two main characters "Cage" and "Moon" and ended with the fate of the local pub (The Rising Sun?) being decided over a game of darts. Any ideas what the series was called?

Wilderness Road, starring David Sibley and Robin Driscoll, and the lovely Veronica Quilligan. I do not recall much, but I have a recollection of being vaguely disappointed.

Wasn't the most memorable show in the world... But for some strange reason it came back to me... Thanks for the answer! Am sure it never made it to DVD!
