I'm the editor of London's new free satirical magazine, Underground Magazine. We've had one issue out so far, which was handed out free to commuters.

It was received well - you can read it all here: http://bit.ly/wPusV6 - Ian Hislop described it as 'pretty funny I thought' (could have been worse).

We're looking to recruit new volunteer (unpaid) writers. The reason we can't pay is that we have no money and all our writers are volunteers at the moment, sending in ideas while maintaining full-time jobs, doing it as a hobby (though regularly).

- The process for application is to send in EITHER a few links to politics/media-related photos, with funny satirical captions for them OR three satirical fake news headlines (OR both of these)

Hey Alfred! thankfully we print a bit more than that - the whole magazine's at http://bit.ly/wPusV6 if you want to check it out. basically we take submissions in the form of headlines/captions because it makes it easier for people to send in, and then we can get them involved if the stuff's good. Sadly we're only 8 pages so we'd struggle to put in a long mock manifesto at 7000 words, but is there anything shorter that you'd be up for writing?
