They definitely are.

1 12-oz jar yellow chili peppers (hot)
2 Tbsp. Pickling spice
1 c. wine vinegar
1-1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tsp. Salt
8 eggs

Hard boil eggs. Mix rest of ingredients. Peel eggs and put into liquid while warm. Don't refrigerate. Keep in sealed jar with lid. It must marinate for two days, and the marinade may be used again several times. The hotness wears down as more eggs are added.

Roast chicken with sweet potatoes and asparagus. Yum!

Just grilled a couple of steaks and cooked some peas. Washed it all down with an Old Speckled Hen.

A couple of Mr. Kipling almond slices.

Vegetable soup and seeded bread!

Toasted cheese sandwich. Yum.

Nachos, using carne asada, salsa and tortilla chips left over from the Super Bowl party.

But made twice as much as I could eat. :(
