Who would you go gay for? Page 17

That Dominic West would get it twice.

Kate Bush

Now that should go without saying <3

I would have taken it for Adam Ant, Clint Eastwood and Jason Donovan. Back in the 1980s. Fortunately for the ladies, I'm all man now. *ahem*

I've been mystified why I've been told I looked like a blonde Kate Bush in the past - but think it's the very messy hair and nose. (I don't mean my nose is messy - well a bit wonky maybe) :)

Why Jason Donovan? Paul Robinson surely? Or even Jim Robinson.

Zac Effron's quite dreamy. If I went gay, it'd have to be with a young whipper snapper like him.

He's great. And, bizarrely, he's been in most great American TV series of the last decade (24, Lost etc).

Dunno, really. I saw him in Joseph back in the late 1980s/early 90s, where he was dressed in a man-nappy. I'm over him now, though.

Sorry. Cheap shot. Feel free to bat back.

Batty boy.

Funnily enough, I was once picked up by a gay pensioner at university. He offered me a lift home but instead drove us to his house and, in his driveway, put his hand on my thigh. And squeezed. I made my excuses and left. Later I felt guilty for not letting him go further.

:O Actually you bloody do an' all! Ooooh...

What, when you only got a 2:2? ;)

Batty boy.

On a tenuously related point, how come Alan Carr agreed to have his chat show called Chatty Man? Obviously derived from "batty man", a seriously derogatory and hate-filled name to describe a homosexual (especially considering its originators). And why did C4 have no problems about this title? Personally, I was a bit shocked that this was considered acceptable. Probably just me though.

I did only get a 2:2! And from Essex University to boot!

Is "Essex University" some kind of euphemism? Like "the school of hard knocks".

There's another one for the "TV Things You Didn't Get For Ages" thread.
