I've just seen... Page 8

Aw. I like the noises the big bird makes in the trailer.

Just got back from seeing UP in 3D, really, really enjoyed it, although it's quite sad too.

Teary :D

Do you think it would upset a child?

Nah, the kids in the cinema were oblivious to the sad bits. They were quite subtle.

I took my boy this afternoon; it's not upsetting at all.

What a shame. :(

:D

Was in a vampire mood this week after watching True Blood, so re-watched 30 Days of Night on DVD.

Really liked it again, one of the few vampire movies where they're not all potrayed as tragic emo poofs but bloodthirsty killers. Might watch Near Dark and Salems Lot again to complete the triology.

Didn't you cry Don? Not even a little bit?

I did actually. When I found out two tickets were going to cost me over £20.

Is your son over 18?

I know, shocking! I let the manager know what I thought of their pricing policy!

One adult, one child - came to over £20.

I tend to go to the cinema during the day, maybe it's cheaper then.

Plus I dress up as a Chelsea Pensioner.

Blimey. I always get the nicer seats and it doesn't cost that much.

They've put a £1.50 charge on 3D films.

Ah, of course. Do you get to keep the specs?

Yeah, and they won't waive the charge if you bring the the glasses back to watch another 3D film.
