What are the various comedy formats? Panel game, sketch show, sitcom etc. What are in the 'etc'?

'Sketch' is so encompassing that you've covered many other forms: satire, impressionism, I suppose comedy-magic, comic songs. And then there are comedy dramas, films...

Mark, thank you for your link, but that section doesn't claim to be comprehensive, and I'm particularly interested in the types of comedy which resist easy categorisation.
