What did she score? Did she win?

What did she score? You could have watched the clip - and, in so doing, tested your knowledge - in the time it took you to ask that question and me to reply!

As for whether she won, I don't know. I didn't watch the whole programme. I imagine it's available on the iPlayer.

I thought you could have saved me the time and effort.

Watching the programme Dad's Army at the BBC from Tuesday 6 May on BBC2 @ 7:30pm as part of the VE Day commemorations.

Rarely seen clips (many not seen since the original broadcasts) from various shows on which the platoon appeared back in the day (don't ask, Chappers) including the Royal Television Gala performance from 1970 and the 1969 Christmas Night with the Stars. Interesting and well worth catching up with if you missed it last Tuesday. Available on the iPlayer for 11 months. Running time 59 minutes:

Clips I recognised him The Black & White Minstrel Show were cut very tightly!

Hugely enjoyable programme though. Wish they'd make more in this vein.

Caught the showing of "Ring Dem Bells" when they had to dress up in Nazi uniforms for a propaganda film that was cancelled - SO, SO funny, with Ian Lavender superb as a German officer

I'll never tire of Dad's Army
