An enjoyable late 1950s British comedy about the adventures of young German scholar Wolf Hauser (Hardy Kruger), who arrives for a year at Cambridge and tries to fit in.
Apart from his studies he tries to muck in with the very English non-academic goings-on whilst also finding time to romance pretty Girton-girl Ann (Sylvia Syms).
