British Comedy Guide offers a number of products and services that have a price attached, and collects donations from BCG Supporters. We also act as a billing agent for a number of third parties, including annual writing competition Sitcom Mission. All payments - whether by card or PayPal - are processed securely, in line with leading data privacy and financial security regulations.

I am having problems entering my payment details
Please do get in touch via the form below, and we'll do our best to assist. In certain cases we may be able to offer alternative options (manual PayPal transfer, BACS transfer or cheque payment).

I don't recognise the charge you have made on my account
If you see 'Comedy.co.uk' or 'BCG' on your bill, that is likely to be a charge that has come via our system. You can check your transactions on your payment history page. If you can't find anything in your account, if you share your bank account or payment details with another person please check with them about the charge too. If you still don't recognise the payment after having carried out these steps, do get in touch using the form below with details of the code number that appears on your statement and we will investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my recurring donation or subscription?
Recurring donations and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account.

How do I get a refund?
