British Comedy Guide offers some products and services which have a price attached, and collects donations from BCG Supporters - we take payment for these items via a secure system - you can pay by card, or via your PayPal account. We also act as a billing agent for a number of third parties, including annual writing competition The Sitcom Mission.

I am having problems entering my payment details
Please do get in touch via the form below, and we'll do our best to assist. In certain cases we may be able to offer alternative options (manual PayPal transfer, BACS transfer or cheque payment).

I don't recognise the charge you have made on my account
If you see 'Comedy.co.uk' on your bill, that is likely to be a charge that has come via our system. You can check your transactions via your payment history page. If you can't find anything in your account, if you share your bank account or payment details with another person please check with them about the charge too. If you still don't recognise the payment after having carried out these steps, do get in touch using the form below with details of the code number that appears on your statement and we will investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my recurring donation or subscription?
Recurring donations and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account.

How do I get a refund?
Firstly, please be aware - as stipluated in our Terms of Use - not all our products and services are refundable. If you do wish to request a refund though, please use the form below.
