Like most writers, I write out of a love of writing...but it would help if I got a penny for every word. I've written poems, gags, sketches, from the age of eight; absolutely love writing comedy and for kids; produced my own little book in 2006 and am thinking of re writing it for the e book market. Done all the usual...writing reviews etc. I took to writing scripts a couple of years ago and my very first attempt received the second stage read through by the BBC at the Writersroom, so it filled me with the inclination to stick at it..and I now feel I've found my place. I simply have too many ideas and too short an attention span for huge novels, but have edited one which is being published. I love physical comedy, but also like to challenge myself in areas that I'm less comfortable with such as writing for Radio and Stage.
