Meeting a producer for the first time

You - or your agent - has sent some sample material to a producer and they want to meet. Congratulations! Meeting new producers is part and parcel of being a comedy writer, and you will no doubt have many of these introductory meetings as your career develops.

Here are some dos and don'ts to bear in mind when meeting a producer for the first time.
