I have been enjoying your clips on the other thread, George. World Party, Buzzcocks, Richard Ashcroft etc. From the present day, Bananarama don't half look young and, of course, that Jam look remains iconic and cool. The Guess Who and Zoot Money are both outside my immediate terms of reference. I know of them but couldn't comment as much as I would like so a bit of research courtesy of Google will follow. I thought the latter in one place slightly hinted of a very early Randy Newman. But "blink" and you would miss it.
Also like Ben Harper and the track you posted but it leans heavily to "I Shall Be Released". Don't know if that is intentional. The Django Django was ok. I thought it picked up in the middle with what sounded like an organ for fugue. But my two favourites video wise were, first, Public Service Broadcasting. That is to air what British Sea Power achieved for the sea in a brilliant TV montage a year or two ago. And that Hopper video which accompanies the Tom Waits track is absolutely fantastic. It's my favourite Waits album too.

Got into BSP in a big way in the last couple of years. After seeing them live in a support slot, got hold of all their studio albums.
Soundtrack album was already on my list, but looks like I need to see the film now too.

The River Man - Nick Drake.
He's one of those people who I've never wanted to buy anything by but when I hear him I enjoy it.
