I try not to be the stereotypical woman who loves shoes. It does not sit well with my feminist principles.
But I just love shoes. They are just great. A pair of heels, a squirt of Chanel perfume and a slick of red lipgloss and there isn't a problem in the world I can't handle.
I love shoes (although I get more excited about boots and trainers). What's always mystified me is this fascination with Manolos women are supposed to have. F**king ugliest shoes I've ever seen.

Manolos are horrible and remind me of whingy, needy Carrie from SATC. I do not wish to emulate her.
Ankle straps are the work of the devil. Why cut your leg in half? Elongate!
I like the classic chic of a good Louboutin.
I am about to buy my first ever pair of Converse. Very excited. Not sure I am cool enough to pull them off.
Louboutins look amazing but I would/could never wear them!
