Tetraplegic artist Freya moves to London to be with her partner Abe, a lawyer, along with her 24-hour live-in carer Ty, who is efficient but problematic. Things are disrupted when Freya's chaotic best friend Jo arrives for the welcome party.

Freya's chaotic best-friend Jo arrives for Freya's welcome party 10 hours early, just in time to join Freya for a meeting at the disability modelling agency, Courage.
Freya fires her efficient, but very problematic 24 hour live-in Personal Care Assistant Ty, leaving a vacancy open. Begging Jo to take the role, Freya is delighted when she accepts - Abe much less so. Later, after snooping upstairs, Jo discovers Abe has a surprise in store and goes to sabotage it.
