One To Watch competition launched with refreshed BCG Pro
British Comedy Guide is launching a new stand-up competition today.
One To Watch is a monthly contest in which new and upcoming stand-up talent is given a spotlight on our website and social media channels.
Now open for entry through BCG Pro, our service aimed at development and career progression for new stand-ups and comedy writers, the initial submission window runs until 14th August, 23:59 BST.
After the extended-length initial submission period, each successive window will run for one month, from the 15th to the 14th of the next.
Separately, BCG Pro itself has just been refreshed. Boasting a renewed focus on opportunities and resources for comedy writers and stand-up comedians, it offers a wide range of features and services, including access to industry professionals, regular networking, a professionally produced in-house sitcom that you can contribute to, and an assortment of competitions designed to get you past the gatekeepers.
