A poll conducted by The Harry Hill Fansite reveals that the majority of fans have responded negatively to the idea of TV Burp moving to Sky. The results of the poll suggest that 67% of fans would not watch TV Burp if it moved to Sky1.

As reported last week, Harry Hill is currently locked in discussions about taking his hit show from ITV1 to Sky1 when his contract with ITV ends in April. BSkyB has reported offered £3m to secure the show, but there is no news yet on whether the comic, and production company Avalon, will accept this deal. ITV are certainly keen to keep the comedy, as it is one of their highest rated shows, but there is no news yet on whether the network have or will make a counter bid against Sky.

Either way, Harry Hill is commited to at least one more series with ITV1, thus TV Burp will return on Saturday 30th for a new series.
