This is a truly remarkable film, and one I shall never forget.

Adapted from a bestselling satirical novel, it's fictional, but imagine this: in 2014, a man appears in Berlin. He looks like Hitler, he's dressed like Hitler, he talks and behaves just like Hitler and his philosophies are very much Hitler's.

He quickly becomes something of an Internet and TV sensation.

Who is he? What is he? He's obviously just a comedy lookalike . . . or is he?

Much of it is scripted, of course, but during the film, he interacts with a number of people and groups who seem to have no idea what is going on apart from the fact that a man who appears to be the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler has just been put before them.

The film is very funny but it's also more than a little worrying.

I urge everyone to check it out.
