Not out until November 2009?

Anyone know the reason behind this and if it will be brought forward at all?

I'm assuming it's to coincide with the airing of series 3?

Yes, it will be to coincide with their planned transmission of the third series. I don't recall ever hearing of a release being brought forward. It could well be pushed back.
