I have leanings towards Wicca. I think nature is the basis of all.

Then genuinely happy Halloween (Samhain?) to you :)

I've not yet had the courage to try to communicate with the dead!

To be fair, the *stated* basic premise of Christianity is to love each other.

Just don't do it on camera.

The Church of England is threatening to use its financial power to stem the tide of internet pornography.

It is considering withdrawing the millions it has invested in Internet Service Providers (ISPs) unless they take action.

Good for them, but like with Caterpillar shares I suspect their accountants will have the final say.

Atheists think all religions are wrong, religious folk think all the other religions are wrong, so we're all agreed that at the very least, almost all religion is wrong.

I don't understand why people choose to follow an existing religions, why not just make your own one up? All the others were made up at some point in the past.

I think I might start a new religion? We could worship tangerines and dental floss. That might be the ticket!

There's no proof that dental floss exists.

Nice. I work with the insane. I just asked BLUTO if God exists? He said no! I asked who is GOD? He said Jesus! I asked does he exist he said no. I asked what colour is GOD! He said BLUE? Then Jixto piped up he said God is the colour of Milk! I asked if the Devil is Real? Jixto said No! I asked what colour the Devil is? He said Black. I then asked what is the Devils' fave song. He said anything by Stevie Nicks. So I learned God Doesn't exist! He is Blue or White? The Devil does not exist? He is Black? He loves Stevie Nicks. I'm confused :S

I'd rather not say

You'd just think I was a looney tune

This of course, is the correct answer.

None of us choose what we happen to believe. Anybody who claims to have made a rational decision one way or the other is just lying or self-delusional.

Clearly there is no evidence either way for the existence or non-existence of God. Those of us who happen to believe in God or other gods and have some self awareness are fully aware that those things which to us seem to indicate His existence are purely subjective.

Same goes the other way. Most of the atheists and theists I know realise that there is not and never will be any proof for or against. But then there are plenty of opinionated morons who claim that they have proof God exists or are somehow 'more rational' for not believeing in God - both of those are merely rationalising what they happen to believe, not being rational. They no more chose their belief than anyone else did.

I see the bible as another self help book. There is a big section of self help books these days and that happens to be the oldest example of how to live your life.
Its all man made productions on how to keep order or have understanding of the unexplainable things that can occur.

Personally I sway towards paganism/wiccan areas of beliefs in various ways as it has the most sensible ideas to me. Well some anyway.

"Scientology" - coined in 1952.

"Wicca" - coined in the 1960s.
