I caught David Walliams on BBC Breakfast this morning promoting 'Mr Stink' and the scratch and sniff books the audiences are meant to, er, scratch and sniff. And that's exactly what Kate Silverton did, with hilarious results, as the pregnant anchor scratched, sniffed and wretched for all her worth. It was just like watching a segment from 'Little Britain'.
