Probably because before Christmas you were over 65. But now, in the spring, you're not over 75.
36,000 feet over Kentucky. Decided to fly to Denver instead of Texas so that I can help my newly divorced daughter move into the house she just bought. (Plus I can surprise my grandkids.)
Record Store Day but I'm not sure I can be bothered with all that over-priced stuff. There's only a couple that really interest me and maybe I'll go on Monday.

It's hit me hard this time, as it is now just over a week and I still feel like I have a mild dose of flu. Because of that, a lot of people are not having it any more, and as it has been problematic for me over the last couple of years, I think I'll not have one ever again and take my chances - after all I am 80 now and so have a limited time left...................what the hell
Hi there, Beelzebub 😈
The flu and the covid jab always made me poorly for days.
I got covid twice, once before any jab and once after. I was just as ill both times.
As you said 'ill take my chances.
12.5 gallons of beer getting ready to boil in my garage. My neighbor loves Belhaven and it's hard to find around here, so I'm brewing something that should be very close. It's going to hit 92F/33C in a few hours, so I got an early start. Still sweating buckets, however.
I saw a sign in a shop window.
Selected Tees - 2 for £40.
What? Someone pays more than a fiver for one t-shirt?

That clearly relates to a river cruise for two. You can select either east to west or west to east.
Could be added to the Four candles sketch.
2 Tee's; fetches 2 letter T's
No, 2 Tee's; fetches 2 cups of tea.
No, Golf tee's
I have tickets to see miserable old Morrissey on my birthday Thursday, so of course he's canceled/postponed the last two shows before San Antonio. If he's a no-show, that will make four in a row that he's canceled in this city. I'm surprised that promoters and venues still book him. My neighbor paid something like $480 for two tickets at StubHub because it was sold out.
I'm seeing Wilco tonight, and I know that it will be a better show by a better band. And the price (free) was right.

You've smittled me Da Butt.
Each time I read about your brewing endeavors, I thought 'I'll have to get back into that.
I've started small for now with a brewing kit and the 5 gallons of wort is bubbling away nicely.

Good old Morrisey. I love his music, but he does come across as a massively unreliable and dislikeable prick.

Nice! What style of beer is it?

As expected, he canceled his whole tour yesterday. Also as expected, Wilco put on a great show last night.

There's another who I've got loads of records, CDs and tapes of who I don't really like as a person. I won't say who but he has good taste in women.
