Does anyone have a list of the locations (and the relevant episodes) of scenes from the series?

I recently read that the estate on which Nelson Mandela House sits is actually in West London, not anywhere particularly close to Peckham.

Most of the later shots were film in Bristol, Whitemead House,Duckmore Road. The opening credits are of a tower block in East Acton, London.
