I see that Doctor At Sea (the series) is coming out 23 June 2008! Amazon and Sendit.com both have it listed.

Watched all of Doctor in the House- still need to buy and watch Doctor at Large and Doctor in Charge. Maybe the quality of DITH episodes varied, but when good, brilliant. Reading the guide for each of the Doctor series, at Sea sounds the best. David Jason plays a stowaway in one episode.
