The accent is fine, pacing fine and the setting is good (who did you persaude to massage your shoulders whilst wearing a bra?)

I want to create a character that would be funny not only for what he say, but also how he look, speak etc.

I picked an old joke which more people like so more people can watch the video and tell me if the character "works" or maybe not.

I'd say you can use old jokes, but write them as the character would tell them?

You mean to change a joke a little bit so it fits more to the character?

yes absolutely, if the jokes that a dodgy oligarch is telling it, then the fact the jokes a cliche actually works in its favour
