"Stand-Upstairs" is Redditch's only regular stand-up comedy night. The show has been running for a year and six acts are booked to perform each evening.

It takes place in the sixty-two seat Room Upstairs of the Palace Theatre. This year the Palace Theatre has hosted a range of comedy names including Nina Conti, Milton Jones and Stephen K Amos http://www.redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk/

I'm looking to build up a bank of acts I can call on in 2014 for our Friday night shows. Our first show is on Friday 31st of January.

Our brand of comedy is non-offensive, relatively clean material.

The show comprises the following performances slots at the following rates:
Middle 12s: £15
Opener and Headliner 15s: £45
Combined Opener and Headliner: £100*

The theatre is 40 minutes from Birmingham New Street and free accommodation may be offered.
