Andrew Lawrence created this character early on in his career and won many awards for it and THEN...THEN!! He abandoned it to do poor observational comedy!

Someone should bring this character to life again - I would love to see a film based on him.

Hilarious. I do always enjoy Andrew Lawrence.

Not sure it's so much an abandoned character as routing the same misanthropic energy through a more general-observational than personal strand of humour, though.
