Crossing horns over the case of gold-digging American widow (Parker Posey) who is fighting for the £15million estate of her deceased husband against his son Gerald Burton Jr (Charles Dance), they try every trick in the legal book to outwit the other side. But will a battle for the truth eventually lead to true love?
