Idiotlamp
Idiotlamp was founded by writer George Kay and director Jim Field Smith, friends and collaborators since their early teens. The creative duo formed the company to focus on their own original drama and comedy projects - such as Stag, the acclaimed BBC mini-series.
The company has since developed an expanding slate of film and TV projects in Europe and the US - including Criminal, the ground-breaking original drama series for Netflix, nominated in 2020 for an International Emmy.
