Chorts Fest 2019

Chorts Fest 2019 - an annual event to showcase the best 2 minute comedies made by independent creators - will take place on the 3rd November in London.

The afternoon, which will also feature live performances from previous winners, has been organised by The Comedy Crowd to tie in with their Chorts competition.

Chorts Fest offers creators the chance to network with writers and performers, "hear how they made their thing and even get involved yourself."

The organisers say: "If you have an inkling, itch or incessant need to make comedy, you don't want to miss this opportunity. Chorts Fest 2017 and 2018 sold out so be sure to book your place.

"Industry judges and guests will be attending. So you might just bump into them, spill your drink, start an awkward conversation, and end up getting commissioned to make a show. It could happen. Don't intentionally spill drinks."

Chorts Fest 2019 will take place at The Bill Murray venue in Islington. The best entries from the Chorts 2019 competition will be screened between 2pm and 4pm, with 4pm to 6pm set aside for drinks and networking.
