Guide Doc Martin Monday, ITV, 9pm Martin reaches breaking point with being followed around by Buddy the dog: he resolves to find a vet to have him put him down. This episode guest stars Caroline Quentin. Guide Dave Gorman: Modern Life Is Goodish Tuesday, Dave, 10pm This week, insults and Katy Perry's American flag dresses are considered for their offensiveness, and Dave, masquerading as his own wife, sets about finding a man on Tinder. There's confusion and babies all-round, as Karl thinks Natalie's pregnant; Trish thinks she's beginning the menopause; and Bryony's taking care of her baby Uncle Martin. Guide Together Tuesday, BBC Three, 10:30pm This new romantic comedy series written by and starring Jonny Sweet about a couple trying to enter a new relationship looks set to be a big hit for BBC Three. It's charming and funny. Guide You, Me And The Apocalypse Wednesday, Sky1, 9pm Episode 2 of the big budget new Sky show, and there's 33 days to go before Earth is no more. Jamie and his flatmate Dave embark on a mission to find Jamie's missing wife Layla but, with the roads in chaos, their quest becomes beset with bizarre obstacles. Guide Marley's Ghosts Wednesday, Gold, 10pm Episode 2 of the new sitcom starring Sarah Alexander. The ghosts are still in residence at Marley's, and they're driving her up the wall - and out of the house. Guide Cradle To Grave Thursday, BBC Two, 9pm This week Spud demonstrates his keen sense of hearing when it comes to money and wallets. Meanwhile Danny is a young man at a crossroads with the fabulous Miss Blondel - or Louise, as he's now allowed to call her. Unlike other shows, Would I Lie To You? tends to have plenty of gold cut - so it's worth a look. Details Derek - Series 1, 2 & The Special PRE-ORDER. The Derek Christmas special finale makes it to DVD later in the month, which also means a release for the complete series box set. Hugh And I Think you know the work of David Croft? Dad's Army, 'Allo 'Allo!, Are You Being Served?, Hi-De-Hi!... right? You're only half way there. Whilst rightfully celebrated for that wealth of shows he co-wrote, Croft was a prolific producer of the work of others. The sparkling, newly-released chunk of comedy gold that is Hugh And I is one such title, featuring many sparkling roles for those who would later star in those great shows; not to mention the hugely successful pairing of Terry Scott and Hugh Lloyd. Despite running for 7 series, it's now an overlooked gem and missing link in British TV sitcom. Anyone with an interest in the history of sitcom - or just really good comedy - should order the new 3-disc box set straight away. Guide
