Set in a 1947 tuberculosis sanatorium - in the early years of the NHS - it's a 1997 sitcom based on the first meeting and growing friendship of sitcom legends Ray Galton and Alan Simpson. Starring Matthew Cottle (Game On) and Eddie Marsan (now in BBC One drama Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell), it was co-written by Galton and has just been lined up for a DVD release in September. Guide |
