A murder at the Meadowlands Festival calls for the (not-so-genius) mind of Yonderland's finest (or, rather, only) detective. Meanwhile, Negatus endures the Imperial equivalent of an Ofsted inspection from Imperatrix's number two. And, Peter starts to suspect that something very strange is going on in his house.
