Junior doctor Flynn has to get a clean white coat before the next ward round, but not before encounters with Jesus, tropical fish, the local priest and the Pet Shop Boys.

Laurence is told off by Mr Ron for the state of his white coat because it is decorated by blood, vomit, spinal fluid and chicken korma. His hygiene is not particularly good either but a hot shower at Judy's will sort that out!

However Laurence has a few things to deal with first. To visit the "lady of linen" for a new coat; to treat a priest with a stab wound; and to deliver a baby.
