Laurence gets the privilege of getting to sleep on a casualty trolley having had Noble break the lock on the door to his on-call flat. At the same time, he gets a new patient. An old lady called Ethel who wont answer his questions but likes to use her mouth for other things!

Laurence's attempts to impress Judy also backfire when he finds himself being sectioned under the mental health act!
