Channel 4's comedy series The Windsors launches this May. Written by the co-creators of Star Stories, Bert Tyler-Moore and George Jeffrie, the series is a wry take on what the soap opera of their lives might just be like if it was shown on TV. Above is the first photo from the show, and below is who plays who...

From left to right in the photo...

Matthew Cottle - who you'll remember as Martin from 1990s sitcom Game On - is Prince Edward.

Tim Wallers (You, Me & The Apocalypse) and Katy Wix (Not Going Out) are Prince Andrew and Fergie.

Morgana Robinson (House Of Fools) is taking on the role (and bottom) of Pippa Middleton.

Richard Goulding - last seen as JP's brother in Fresh Meat - takes his place fifth in line to the throne as Prince Harry.

Harry Enfield - who is obviously actual comedy royalty - heads up the show as HRH Prince Charles.

Haydn Gwynne - who sitcom aficionados will recall playing Alex Pates in Drop The Dead Donkey - is back on TV as Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall.

Hugh Skinner (dim witted Will from W1A) is Prince 'Wills' William, aka the Duke of Cambridge.

Louise Ford (Crashing) is the Queen consort-in-waiting, 'Kate', the Duchess of Cambridge.

And Ellie White (House Of Fools) and Celeste Dring (Josh) have been pronounced as Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

The Windsors starts on Channel 4 on Friday 6th May at 10pm.
