'Alison Crabbe: Leighton Buzzard's Slimmer of the Decade' certainly has a ring to it, although it doesn't chime quite as nicely with her ego as the accolade of 'Hertfordshire Businesswoman of the Year'.

Bradley Walsh guest stars as Peter Kelly, a swindler from Alison's past whose smooth-yet-slimy talking gets the manageress on board with his latest scheme to break into the PR world. The health club is the perfect venue for the event, and while Alison might not be a deserving winner, Peter's the one counting the votes...

The spa staff continue to run rings around the boss, especially Vron, who accidentally discovers a talent for hypnotherapy and, putting her gift to good use, tries to cure Rose's fear of flying with past life regression.

When the cleaner takes on the persona of a Japanese kamikaze jet fighter, however, the awards ceremony nosedives towards disaster. The all-singing, all-dancing Bonnie Langford also puts in a special appearance to present the prize Alison's been waiting for.
