The launch of Judee Levinson's beauty salon proves to be a great success, thanks to Charlie Hull's unexpected skill as a masseur. Meanwhile, Neds and Tris have a night-time adventure in Maxie Power, the home-made, crime-solving car.

Charlie Hull's handy work at Mrs Levinson's Spit & Polish beauty salon makes him a big hit. But his unexpected promotion brings some surprising emotions to the surface. Does Charlie really love Tony?

Meanwhile Ned, the Knight Rider-obsessed but well-meaning dim wit, springs into action with his friend Tris and their crime-fighting car, Maxine-Power, when he suspects a crime. But does he honestly expect to come out on top against some of Royston Vasey's hardest thugs?... er, no!

And Professor Breastpinch'd takes to Royston Vasey's streets with a consumer poll, but is not very successful.
