Farmer Jim Smith offers a unique insight on life in mini-mockumentary The Farm. Observe the struggles of farmer Jim MacDonald, his loyal farmhand Donnie and his temperamental mother - as they struggle against the elements - and each other - on a farm in Perthshire, Scotland.
Jim is a proud man; often wounded but never beaten, who cares deeply about what he does. Mother is extremely hard to please and doesn't mind delivering home truths. Donnie provides an optimism somewhere beyond naïve, towards completely deluded.
