Playhouse - There's A Hole In Your Dustbin Delilah
C. E. 'Cheese & Egg' Petty is alarmed to arrive at work and find a new inspector, whom he and his workmates immediately dub 'Bloody Delilah'. He orders they work to rule - a full day, rather than completing their round early - on at least one day a week; an instruction to which they are not inclined to obey if they can help it...
