Ross makes it his personal mission to help a man due in court in the Northeast and brings the whole weight of TV production to bear in his campaign for 'justice' - this includes an inspirational message from soul legend Billy Ocean.
En route, Ross plans a huge airport surprise for an unsuspecting holidaymaker, puts his face in the line of fire from a deluge of processed cheese and gets beaten up by an elderly lady in Leicester.
