An invitation to a smart society wedding causes consternation in the caravan home of the Crichton-Joneses. Jeremy can't afford to buy a new dress for Susan, his wife. But Susan is determined to go, and decides to make her own dress. Unfortunately, she asks neighbour Lily Briggs to help.
