Further details

Returning from holiday, Margaret finds she is missing a nice man they met who lives not far away and had helped them out of a tricky spot on the beach: they arrange to meet up as soon as possible.

The Council have fitted new streetlamps, but in a typical show of Victor's luck, a milk tanker drives straight into the one outside their home, causing it to bend and smash clean through their bedroom window, illuminating the room in a hideous orange glow all night long!

Whilst Margaret - secretly - visits their holiday friend, Victor goes to the pub to watch a football match - and unbeknownst to the both of them, an ambulance crew mistake their street name for another on the other side of town and deliver a confused, elderly lady to their bedroom!

Margaret's dinner ends on a slightly bitter note as she finds herself propositioned, and Victor spoken of in less than understanding terms. Meanwhile, returning home in another foul temper, Victor fails to realise that the woman he's about to get into bed with is not, in fact, his wife...
