Mo Gilligan is releasing a new Netflix special.

His There's Mo To Life show, recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo on his recent tour, will drop on 17th February.

Exploring his teenage years, working in retail before he became a comedian and relationship dynamics, the hour-long show is his second Netflix release, following 2019's Momentum.

Announcing the special on Instagram, The Masked Singer judge wrote: "Extremely excited to announce my new comedy special There's Mo To Life will be released next month on Netflix in 190 countries on February 17th 2022.

"After the success of the tour in the UK, I'm so excited that the world can finally watch my stand-up special. For me, it's (sic) favourite body of work and I hope you guys are going to enjoy it as much as I did making it.

"Thank you to everybody involved at Netflix who made it possible, Momo G Productions and Luck17 productions. 17/02/2022."

The comic brought Mo Gilligan And Friends: The Black British Takeover to London's 20,000-seater O2 Arena on December 8th, as part of a line-up that also featured Slim, Thanyia Moore, Eddi Kadi, Babatúndé Aléshé and The Compozerz.

Speaking when the O2 show was announced, Gilligan said: "I'm really proud of the black British comedy circuit that I started on.

"The talent on this scene is exceptional, but all too often ignored by mainstream media, so what better place to showcase the culture than the most famous venue in the country?"

Gilligan, who hosts the Brit Awards next month, taking over from Jack Whitehall, published his autobiography, The Moment When: Life Stories From Way Back When, in September.
