BBC Three is working on a new format to showcase comic talent.

A non-broadcast run-through of the currently un-titled show will take place next week, hosted by double-act Ray Peacock and Ed Gamble (pictured).

Comedians set to take part include silent 'clown' Dr Brown; We Are Klang and Fast & Loose star Marek Larwood; stand-up comic and actor Joel Dommett; musical group Delete The Banjax; and all-female sketch group Lady Garden.

The new format is being developed by Avalon Television, the production company behind shows including Russell Howard's Good News, Not Going Out and Harry Hill's TV Burp.

The run-through will be taking place on Wednesday 2nd November at The Albany Theatre. To apply to be in the audience see our free tickets page
