Comedy actors and writers up for RTS Awards

The list of nominees for the 2020 Royal Television Society (RTS) Programme Awards has been announced, with comedy performances and shows represented in a number of the shortlists, including all three spots in the Breakthrough category. Phoebe Waller-Bridge leads the list of comedy-related nominations, appearing in three of the categories.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony hosted by Paul Merton on Tuesday 17th March, at The Grosvenor Hotel in London.
