Limmy looks at the modern obsession with having a trim figure and comes up with a universal approach to make us all feel good about ourselves.
He also feels guilty about having left his phone's stopwatch running when he was no longer using it and he's unhappy about the placement of the letter Q in the alphabet and wonders whether it should be moved.
Scotland has produced many inventors from the world of science and engineering and Limmy has come up with a lifesaving idea that he proudly presents on behalf of his country. He also has some tips on how to overcome social anxiety and delves into the past to hear about the wartime experience of an ancestor.
