The band accost Amina and make her an offer - if she plays the audition with them, they will set her up with Ayesha's hot brother, Ahsan. Amina agrees, unable to resist the chance of snaring her dream man. Amina starts rehearsing with the band, but her style is geeky and incongruous. The date with Ahsan starts off well but things take a turn when, under instruction from Noor, Amina starts grilling him. Meanwhile, Saira finally commits to her on-off boyfriend Abdullah.

A miscommunication via text leads Amina to believe Ahsan is interested in seeing her again. Amina turns up to band practice just as she gets a text from Ahsan saying he just wants to be 'friends'. Hurt and humiliated, she channels her energy into writing a kick-ass punk song with the band, a new feeling of liberation and joy taking over her.
