When Bosh's Probation Officer visits the flat, Bosh asks Vic, Bob and Julie to help him persuade her he has finally become a decent member of society. After numerous attempts fail to convince her, they need to make one final endeavour to show that Bosh is fully rehabilitated, or she will send him back to jail.
Together, they decide to open a pop-up restaurant to wine and dine the probation officer and secure Bosh's future freedom.
With Vic & Bob in the kitchen and some of Bosh's ex-con friends on hand to be fellow diners, they really need to get this one right.
