Dwayne Johnson talks about keeping in shape, Liam Hemsworth says it was like The Hunger Games in the Hemsworth household, Jeff Goldblum jokes about being a late bloomer, Olympic champion boxer Nicola Adams says she's going for gold and Tom Odell performs live in the studio.

Dwayne Johnson, talking about his school days, and appearing much older than his years, says, "I moved around a lot following my dad and every new school, when I was around 14, 15, 16, thought I was an undercover cop. I switched high school four times, I didn't have a lot of friends and no play with the ladies!"

Asked about his new film Central Intelligence, and asked what it was like acting with Kevin Hart given the extreme height difference between them, he says, "I thought when I first read the script that it was good and really funny. The studio lined up eight possible actors to star with me but I suggested Kevin. There was a long pause then they said, 'Great, let's get him.' From the get go the visual of Kevin and me on a poster is funny." Asked if they did anything to bridge the height gap while filming, he says, "No, we left everything as is and it works."

Talking about his physique, and asked if he can take a break from training, he says, "I have to train and I enjoy training. It becomes my anchor in the day. I like to get up at four in the morning to train and that allows me to work all day."

Liam Hemsworth, talking about making new film Independence Day: Resurgence, in which he stars with Jeff Goldblum, says: "My work really affects my home life and I had terrible nightmares that Jeff and I were being attacked by aliens. I actually had dreams that we were running away from aliens. We weren't fighting them, just running away!"

Asked if there is rivalry between him and his brother Chris, he says, "No. There's nothing at all. Because Chris and my other brother Luke had done acting before I started I could always go to them for advice. There was rivalry when we were younger only because I was the younger brother and always wanted to do whatever Chris was doing.

"Our childhood rivalry was a bit vicious - a bit like The Hunger Games actually. We had a few incidents with weapons - I never had any problems with Luke because he was so much older and I didn't mess with him, but with Chris we were very likeminded, very stubborn and would often get into arguments and because I was so much younger and smaller I had to use weapons to fight. So one day when I was about five we had a fight in the kitchen about using the toaster, or something, and I picked up a kitchen knife and threw it at his head and the handle hit him in the forehead." Adding jokingly, "I could have hit him with the other end if I'd wanted to - it was just a warning shot!"

Talking about the possibility of working with his brothers on a project, he says, "It would be really tough. I did a TV show about 10 years ago with Luke and he came in for a day's work. All the cameras were on me and Luke was trying to distract me all the time - brotherly love!"

Jeff Goldblum, asked about his childhood and being a late bloomer, says, "Puberty struck around 12 and by 13 and I had a very strong yen but couldn't imagine making something happen with my schoolgirl mates so I had an idea. I'd heard about the red light district so I took five dollars from my dad's wallet and went there. I walked back and forth for a while and finally went in and picked a girl. On the way to the bedroom I said, 'What time is it?' I looked at my watch and said, 'I've got to go but I will come back.' I got cold feet and never did go back. And then, actually nothing happened until I was 18!"

Reminded that it is 25 years since he appeared in the first Jurassic Park, and asked, as he wasn't killed off, whether he could have been in the latest one, he says, "Yes. I was available. But had a big satisfying meal with being in two of them."

Jeff serenades the audience with lyrics about Independence Day to the Jurassic Park theme tune.

Nicola Adams joins Graham for a chat. Asked if she is confident as she heads off to Rio, she says, "Massively confident. I'm going for the triple gold. I think as things are going at the moment I will be ranked number one." Asked why female boxing was banned in UK until 1996, she says, "The story is that women are actually too unstable to fight because of our menstrual cycle! Seriously."

Asked if she considers herself a role model, she says, "I love going to schools and inspiring girls and boys to get involved in boxing. My inspiration aged 12 was Muhammad Ali and there were no female boxers to look up to."

Dwayne, interjects, "My dad was a boxer and when I was a kid I had the opportunity to hang out with Ali. It was very cool. When he passed away I was devastated."
