HIGNFY announces Boris Johnson special
The 64th series of Have I Got News For You will debut on BBC One on Friday 2nd September at 9pm.
It will open with a special charting the career of politician and former HIGNFY fan-favourite Boris Johnson, who will be replaced as Prime Minister the following Monday, 5th September.
This year's autumn run of the satirical panel show will run slightly earlier in the year than usual due to the BBC's scheduled coverage of the men's football world cup, which begins in late November.
Have I Got News For Boris - A Special Tribute will be hosted by Jack Dee, with guest comic Phil Wang and journalist Janet Street-Porter joining Ian Hislop and Paul Merton.
Producers Hat Trick promise "a romp through the soon-to-be ex-Prime Minister's career and his distinctive contribution to British politics, on the eve of his departure".
Have I Got News For You - The Best Of The Guest Presenters
This contains a selection of the first bunch of guest hosts, including William Hague, Martin Clunes, Bruce Forsyth, and an unedited version of the first show hosted by Boris Johnson.
